Yeah, I have! It actually kind of falls apart for me in the second act, when the Baker's Wife dies. It's so zany and light in the first act, and then the tone goes abruptly dark in the second act. The version I saw left me underwhelmed with that shift.
For fairy tale musical adaptations, I actually prefer Once Upon a Mattress, but that's slightly misogynist with the treatment of the queen.
